Services and history

My journey into wellness began 15 years ago when I became a massage therapist, seeking a hands-on way to help people feel more at ease in their bodies and lives. A few years in, my struggles with cystic acne led me back to school for esthetic training, and it’s here that I developed a “less is more” approach to skincare. Our world is filled with chemicals that disrupt our natural balance, so I guide my clients toward simplifying their routines to create greater harmony within.

In recent years, I’ve also begun teaching yin-style yoga, a gentle, deeply meditative practice that aligns beautifully with my work on stress reduction. My approach to bodywork is always holistic, addressing the entire being—body, mind, and spirit—as an interconnected whole. I honor each individual’s unique journey and tailor every session to meet you where you are because we each hold our own path to relaxation, healing, and restoration. Grounded in my connection to nature, I find my own center and arrive fully present for every person I work with.

Rooted In Nature

For me, wellness is a journey that flows in alignment with nature’s rhythms and our own inner seasons. I believe that a balanced practice should feel both accessible and fulfilling, shifting with the cycles of the earth and our internal changes. When we move with these rhythms, we find flow, resilience, and ease; wellness isn’t about striving, but about remembering that, like nature, we have times for rest and times for growth.

In everything I share—from one-on-one sessions to classes and online resources—I aim to make wellness welcoming and reachable for all. I hope to offer something meaningful, whether you come in as a client, join a class, or engage with my blog and social media. My own daily rituals keep me grounded: spending at least 10 intentional minutes outside, moving in a way that feels good, holding space for stillness through meditation or mindful breathing, and journaling to clear my mind. Wellness is simple and profound—it’s the honoring of who we are, in every season.
