Tori — Burned Out & Overloaded
When Tori reached out, she was running on fumes. Months of nonstop work, caretaking, and emotional output had left her nervous system overstretched and under-resourced. She wasn’t sleeping well. Her body ached constantly. Anxiety hummed beneath everything, and she felt disconnected from herself in a way she couldn’t quite name — just that something had to change.
We created a private weekend retreat just for her in a quiet rental cabin. From the moment she arrived, the pace slowed. The weekend unfolded gently: a grounding welcome ritual to help her land, a long integrative massage to release deeply held tension, Reiki and sound healing to support her nervous system, restorative yoga and somatic unwinding to reconnect her with her body, and guided journaling paired with a clarity session to help her make sense of where she’d been and what she actually needed next.
By Sunday afternoon, her entire system felt different — softer, clearer, and more grounded. She didn’t leave with a rigid plan or a long to-do list. She left with personalized tools and practices to support her body moving forward, and a renewed understanding that rest wasn’t something to earn — it was something to protect.
Megan & Sam — Couples Reset
Megan and Sam came to me feeling tense, disconnected, and overwhelmed by recent life changes. They loved each other deeply, but stress had quietly crept into the space between them. They wanted to reconnect — without the pressure of a big retreat, a crowded spa, or having to perform relaxation.
We designed a half-day couples retreat in their lakeside Airbnb, creating a calm, contained experience that allowed them to soften together. The afternoon included a partner-guided grounding ritual, restorative movement designed for two, a shared sound bath, Reiki for co-regulation, and reflective prompts followed by quiet, intentional time together.
There was no fixing, forcing, or heavy conversation — just space. By the end of the retreat, they felt calmer, more present, and more connected than they had in months. What they needed wasn’t more communication strategies; it was shared regulation and rest.
