Sliding Scale Massage Therapy

Accessible Wellness in Meredith, NH

I believe massage therapy should be accessible to everyone—not just a luxury. To help make this possible, I’ve created Sliding Scale Days twice each month. These special days offer reduced-rate massage sessions so that more people in our community can receive the healing benefits of bodywork.

How it works

• Sliding Scale Rate: $60–$90 for a 60-minute massage

• Availability: Two days per month, limited appointments available, Inquire for available dates

• Booking: Direct booking only (not available through the online scheduler)

Clients simply choose what they can pay within the $60–$90 range—no questions asked. Paying on the higher end supports accessibility for others in our community.

Why Sliding Scale?

Wellness should not be out of reach. Pain management, stress relief, and relaxation are essential parts of living well. Offering sliding scale sessions helps create a bridge for those who may not otherwise be able to include massage therapy in their lives.

How to Book

Mostly, this service runs on the honor system with few/no questions asked. I reserve the right to adjust the system as needed to avoid misuse. Gift certificates cannot be used as payment for Sliding Scale appointments without prior permission.
