Welcome to Guided Voyage! I’m Kittrina, and I’m so glad you’re here. This blog is an extension of the work I love—helping people from all walks of life find peace, connection, and healing in ways that are both accessible and nature-centered. For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting clients across Meredith, Holderness, and Plymouth, NH, through holistic bodywork, mindful skincare, and movement practices rooted in wellness traditions. Here, I’ll be sharing my favorite practices and philosophies with you, all focused on creating balance in both body and spirit.

At the core of my approach is a deep belief that wellness should be both simple and accessible. Living with the seasons, working with the cycles of nature, and using plants to support our health are ways I’ve come to ground and support myself and my clients.
